<Job Responsibilities>

• Health:
• Develop and monitor the implementation of environmental, health, and safety regulations within the company based on current regulations, internal regulations of the company and the owner;
• Prepare and submit reports related to safety, health, and the environment as required by law;
• Update legal documents on safety, health, and the environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with the law and relevant standards;
• Maintain records and liaise on safety, health, and environmental issues with government agencies, customers, and internal company departments when required;
• Support and guide employees and other departments on issues related to safety, health, and the environment;
• Perform other tasks as requested by management;
• Safety:
• Develop and implement safety procedures;
• Identify hazards and assess risks for each area and task, and propose control measures;
• Create a training, supervision, and reminder plan to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and rules, and coordinate with other departments for fire prevention and fighting training;
• Investigate, document, and report safety incidents;
• Manage records and equipment related to fire prevention and fighting;
• Handle registration and periodic inspection of machinery and equipment as required by law
• Plan and organize safety training courses (internal and external) for company employees in accordance with legal requirements;
• Environment:
• Manage and complete environmental documentation in the company in accordance with legal regulations;
• Supervise the monitoring and measurement of environmental and workplace conditions within the company;

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Labor Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or other related fields)
• Age: 25~ 35 years old
• Gender: Any
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HSE in manufacturing companies.
