<Job Responsibilities>
1. General Corporate Affairs:
Administration Tasks:

• ① Applications to various government agencies (data entry tasks only. Creation of application documents, etc. will be outsourced to external consultants, and we will cooperate to confirm documents, etc.)
• ② Reporting to the parent company and other group companies and creating various related materials (in Japanese), responding to internal audits, etc.
• ③ Supporting business-related tasks in the Vietnamese corporation (including various resolutions, approvals, etc.)
• ④ Management of salaries, labor systems, and salary systems.

Accounting, Tax, and Accounting-related Tasks:

• ① Creation of reports and related materials for accounting firms, tax accountants, etc. (in Japanese or Vietnamese. Data entry tasks only. Payroll calculations, financial statements, tax return materials, etc., specialized accounting and tax tasks will be outsourced to external consultants.)
• ② Reporting to the parent company and other group companies and creating various related materials (in Japanese)
• ③ Accounting tasks (including creation and management of various documents such as invoices related to payments, document organization, and procedures related to payment processing)

Other:

• ① Tasks related to the establishment of a new base
• ② Supporting employment-related tasks in the Vietnamese corporation
• ③ General support tasks for Japanese directors

2. Project Support:

• Supporting the understanding of Vietnamese language materials related to the project (only knowledge related to general Vietnamese business common sense is required. Specialized knowledge related to real estate is not required.)
• Translation of general conversations with Vietnamese companies (Translation of specialized conversations related to real estate is not required)
• *Business Travel: Flexible schedule allowing for potential day trips to Ho Chi Minh and surrounding provinces to meet with government agencies, contractors, and partners.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: Under 35y
• Gender: Female Preferred
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: Japanese - Upper Business level (having JLPT N1). and English - Business Level (with a strong emphasis on email and reading)
• Essential Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in corporate functions.
• Have knowledge of Accounting software
• Strong multitasking capabilities.
