<Job Responsibilities>

• Conduct internal quality enhancement activities
• Improve the reporting time of corrective actions.
• Continue follow-up on in-process audits, and supplier audits, and ensure that identified gaps are closed within the committed timeline.
• Periodically review Non-Conformance reports.
• Conduct effective Non-Conformance reports across all critical process steps.
• Act as a key member and participant in the quality issue system team.
• Conduct specific activities/ Process optimization.
• Ensure alignment and promote gap closure for FMEA and Control Plans.
• Continue follow-up on defect detection and prevention activities to ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented/ non-reoccurring.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: Under 35 years old
• Gender: Any
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management.
• Language: Japanese - Business Level
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality management in the technical field.
• Good at the office computer.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
• Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.
