Main Responsibilities:

• Lead of operational accountant department.
• Manage and plan staffing capacity to accomplish works, projects and address initiatives.
• Ensure completeness and scope of work performed, assess impact to the company as a whole.
• Establish a governance process for maintenance of the Operational Accounting Schemas, effectively monitor changes to existing schemas and update and maintain the Operational Accounting Schema library accordingly.
• Create short and long term strategies that align with the overall company's strategy.
• Present financial results to management monthly.
• Work/ deal closely with other functional department, management and external parties to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals.
• Other assigned tasks as/ when being requested by Head of Accounting.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Auditing / Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Leadership position in the field of operational accounting.
• Team player mentality.
