Main Responsibilities:
Support Marketing team management

• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and
  demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
• Align with Operation Manager of team tasks Daily, Weekly & Monthly in terms of workload; KPI timeline commitments.
• Tracking of Actual Marketing spending vs. budget and oversee purchasing activities.
• Promptly identify and propose solutions to HOM.
• Organize new member onboarding process.
• Organize monthly team hangouts & market visit.
• Tracking of team operational budgets & producing reports.

Connect Marketing with other departments

• Build agenda and organize channels to collect insight & feedback from Sales team & operation team.
• Analyze & produce key findings report to share with team & HOM to enhance current & future brand's activities.
• Manage teams budget & purchasing activities.

Paperwork & Administration

• Contract management, liquidation tracking.
• Arrange legal documents for offline activation (if needed).
• Booking of meeting room and meeting minutes.
• Process business trip.
• Consolidate employee check-in & another employee list.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources /Marketing/Accounting or its
  equivalent.
• 03 or more years of proven success in an administration/ operation role.
• Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
• Strong computer and office tools skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, eye for detail and resourceful.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically.
• Youthful and energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude.
