• Aministration intern support on daily administration work such as: payment, office stationery booking, water, prepare meeting room...
• Prepare payment for office administration: water, office stationery, gasoline, pest control, postage...
• Follow stock of stationery, uniform.
• Support in organizing internal event: birthday, working anniversary, happy hour...
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Senior student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word.
• Working experience in administration intern, other related positions is preferrable.
• Technical skills: expertly in using Excel.
• Attention to detail: a keen eye for detail to ensure that the stationery stock is enough.
• Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
