• Create many creative and effective storewide campaigns. Build Monthly promotion theme/scheme, offline activities to push Sales & traffic at stores
• Work with Suppliers/ Partners to create the cooperative promotion, offline activities at stores
• Work with related Departments to create promotion scheme every month, every campaign
• Work with related Departments to coordinate and support POSM for New items, seasonal items, how to display and sell at store
• Work closely with Design Team to make POSM and check content POSM
• Work with vendors to print POSM, produce gift
• Control and ensure that POSMs will be delivered to all stores on time
• Survey market & Report of stores, competitors (monthly)
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Setup promotion scheme on system (POS) for monthly promotion, new stores/all store promotion & Adhoc promotion,...

• Having at least 2-3 years in Trade Marketing
• Hard working, dynamic and driven
• Bachelor Degree required with good at English
• Attention to details and able to work under pressure
• “Can do” attitude and discipline in meeting deadlines
• Have knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus.
