Administrative Receptionist

With offices in Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and parent company in Japan and US, we are now inviting individuals that have strong skills and knowledge in IT Security to join us. You will be able to embark on an exciting career, as we pursue our strategic expansion.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Mon-Fri
Salary will commensurate with qualification and experiences
Job Title
ADMINISTRATIVE
RECEPTIONIST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries or redirecting as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with office supplies management and inventory.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Age: 18-30 years old, with a pleasant appearance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
