Job Description
Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or similar certifications.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge in support processes and KPI monitoring
• Proven experience with UC platforms and communication technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple priorities.
