Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Education Consultant or in a similar role.
• Experience in counseling international students is required (preferably for countries like the US and the UK).
• Solid understanding of international educational systems and admission processes.
• Familiarity with immigration laws and documentation requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to students and their families.
• Conduct initial assessments of students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests.
• Aid students in the high school/college/university admissions process, including program selection and application preparation.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
• Research and stay informed about various educational programs, institutions, and scholarship opportunities.
• Help establish and maintain relationships with educational partners, including colleges and universities.
• Keep updated with industry trends, admission requirements, and changes in educational policies.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the office and collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
