KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supply Chain Coordination:
One of your main responsibilities will be to coordinate with the Factory Manager on production and shipment scheduling. This includes ensuring that all products are produced and shipped on time, and that any issues or delays are addressed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing logistics for exports, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in full.
2. Stock Management:
You will also be responsible for managing incoming stock, storage coordination, and scheduling for production based on incoming quality. This includes working with suppliers to address any claims based on incoming QA inspection, and reporting on inventory aging to management.
3. Innovation:
New process innovations to drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction. This includes identifying opportunities, testing new processes, and implementing changes as needed.
4. Cost Savings:
Drive cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain. This includes identifying areas for cost savings, developing plans to implement changes, and tracking progress against targets.
5. Reporting:
Timely reporting of data on central dashboards, including quality, safety, and production. This includes ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date, and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
6. Capex Planning and Execution:
Responsible for capex planning and execution, including capacity expansion. This includes identifying opportunities for expansion, developing plans for execution, and overseeing the implementation of changes.
7. Vendor Management:
You will be responsible for vendor management, including non-commodity purchases and expansion capex. This includes working with vendors to ensure that all products and services are delivered on time and at the expected quality.
8. Assisting R&D:
Assist the R&D team in NPD trials, ingredient costing, and commercialization. This includes providing support and guidance to the R&D team, ensuring that all trials are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, and helping to bring new products to the market.
9. Drive Digital Initiatives:
Driving digital initiatives across the supply chain. This includes identifying opportunities for digital transformation, developing plans to implement changes, and overseeing the implementation of digital solutions.
10. Off-grade Value Realization:
You will be responsible for off-grade value realization, including identifying opportunities for value creation, developing plans for execution, and overseeing the implementation of changes.
11. Managing GFSI and Customer Audits:
Responsible for ensuring that the branch passes GFSI and customer audits. This includes ensuring that all processes and procedures are following the applicable regulations, and that all necessary documentation is in place.
Overall, as Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, from coordinating with the factory manager on production and shipment scheduling to driving digital initiatives and passing audits. Your role is critical to ensure smooth operations and your contributions will play a key role in the success of the business.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

• Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Good grades in school/college or MBA
• If candidates have done projects or internship in a FMCG or CPG company, and knowledge in food industry, it is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
