Job description

• Enable Level 2 Support, working closely with local Leaders to develop and enhance processes and operational performance
• Responsible for bridging between North American customers and offshore project teams in Vietnam.
• Perform deliverables review for the Vietnam team if needed.
• Communicate with the related stakeholders from North America and the project management and software development teams in charge of the project.
• Analyze, clarify and transfer clients' requests and requirements to project team members.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the key stakeholders through excellent communication and being responsible for requirement management.
• Assist the Project Manager with project scope, estimation, planning, monitoring and controlling.
• Cooperate with project team members to lead projects to success.
• Work closely with Project Leader and Technical Leader to monitor and control the projects.
