The DSIK Vietnam office is located in a 4-storey residential building in Quang An, Hanoi. We are looking for the following services regarding procurement and installation:

• network cabling from 1st floor (ISP router, switch) to new access points (only out-wall cabling with proper shielding needed with low "disturbance" rate)
• purchase of CAT 6 cables (length following upfront measurement), cord hider and other needed items
• purchase of new Wifi access points of a non-Chinese manufacturer (e.g. Unifi, Aruba) supporting AX standard, mesh capabilities and guest network; amount depends on type of device but should provide full coverage for all floors
• purchase of fitting Po E switch

A site visit to the DSIK office for measurement and provision can be arranged on demand and by prior appointment. The deadline for the site visit is 18 October 2024.
The assignment must be fully realised by latest 16.12.2024.
The offer price must quote in VND. The applicable sales tax must be indicated, along with the seller's sales tax number. Payment is made by bank transfer in VND. A possible advance payment is capped at 50% of the order value.
