Prepare and propose manning guide for the company.
Create and maintain a system of job description for all departments and job titles.
Propose recruitment plan and conduct recruitment campaigns to recruit most qualified candidates for the project and the company.
Ensure that all training activities are in accordance to the needs and all training programs have been smoothly executed.
Propose and conduct talent development program.
Propose and implement salary scale and employee’s benefits and commendation.
Develop and implement HR and training policies and procedures.
Develop internal labour rules and regulations, company’s code of conduct and etc.
Job duties and requirements to be changed as required by the company.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
Minimum 3-5 year experience in similar position.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Power Point
Must have excellent Knowledge about Vietnam Labour Law
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
