What a Commercial Channel Sales Manager does at HP:

• Manage a team of sales and sales support to be accountable for the growth of the channel / indirect revenue and profit for both Print and Personal Systems products across Vietnam
• Create strategy to drive sales and marketing programs for new business and existing account penetration
• Responsible for process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy
• Facilitate communication between marketing and country customer facing organizations
• Maintain awareness of current economic and industry conditions
• Plan, direct and monitor operational/tactical activities of Staff

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• Min Bachelor degree in a related field
• At least 6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the relevant Print and Personal Systems industry
• Experienced in managing people
• Good track records in revenue wins
• Broad knowledgeable of overall business and across functions and disciplines, includes product marketing, sales support and selling
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Possess good English communication skill in both verbal and written
