Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Perform transaction monitoring based on rules set to identify any suspicious transactions
• Identify and mitigate potential areas of AML/CFT and sanction gaps
• Assist AML/CFT and sanction related risk assessment for new products and technologies
• Update the relevant entity’s AML/CFT and sanctions program and policies on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare AML/CFT related reports
• Assist in the group-wide compliance program
• Facilitate and/or coordinate BCP exercise and activities
• Assess, develop, manage and monitor compliance of regional activities to applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant AML/CFT/Data protection experience within financial service/ payment industry
• Technically-inclined with an ability to engage and work with technology specialists and vendors
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with AML/CFT/Data Protection laws and regulations in the SEA region will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English language
