Job Description
Sika Vietnam is seeking a Concrete Sales Manager - North to drive the growth and profitability of our Concrete Admixture business in the Northern region. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a team of sales professionals, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

This position is expected to start in January or February 2025
Specific duties:

• Business Strategies: Collaborate with the TM Concrete Manager and Branch Manager to develop targeted business strategies for specific market segments.
• Sales Planning: Assist the TM Concrete Manager in developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, annual, and 3-year sales budgets.
• Operational Performance: Monitor and manage operational activities to meet sales, profit, and market share goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market segments and applications.
• Market Coverage: Increase market penetration and coverage.
• Accounts Receivable: Support the Accounts Department in managing accounts receivable.
• Staffing and Training: Ensure the Sales Department is fully staffed with qualified personnel who are well-trained and motivated to work collaboratively.
• Expense Management: Control expenses to maximize profitability and growth.
• General Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of TM Concrete and North Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Building Materials or related fields
• Proven leadership and team management experience within a sales environment in the construction materials/concrete admixture industry
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive market growth.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Adaptability and a commitment to fostering a positive, innovative culture.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
