DESIGN COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work alongside senior management, coordinating design implementation across multiple renovation projects at hospitals and clinics
• Liaise between internal stakeholders, the Hoan My Projects Team, as well as external designers and contractors where needed
• Communicate progress and address obstacles in a timely, effective manner
• Be a “change agent” within the business – drive day-to-day execution and ensure that project goals are being met
• Provide input on facilities design
• Ensure design consistency across all locations
• Track project timelines and budgets

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, with focus on Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred (though not required)
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience. Those with experience in the interior design industry or construction project management preferred
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent commercial understanding and perspective – the ability to “think like an entrepreneur”
• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to work at speed, multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable with new problems and working through uncertainty
• Positive attitude; an “energiser”
• Hunger to learn – you will be given the opportunity to do work far beyond the scope of a traditional design coordination role
• Predominantly based in HCMC, though regular travel throughout Vietnam to Group hospitals and clinics will be required
• Excellent command of English required (written and spoken). Basic French also preferred
