The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Create engaging content, including captions and graphics, for social media channels in both English and Vietnamese.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta ads, and other social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the E-Commerce sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Proficiency in creating engaging social media content, including graphics and captions.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visual content.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
