JOB SUMMARY
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily in charge of and enhance our online presence through Word Press and Google Ads management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update the current website and develop a new site using Word Press
• Create, monitor, evaluate and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads
• Improve and monitor SEO backlink and domain authority
• Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, ideally utilizing Looker Studio
• Develop automated email retargeting campaigns for leads
• Conduct market research to identify target customer personas
• Preparing campaign results reports and recommending actions
• Manage and visualize the Marketing pipeline touchpoints

EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience with Wordpress and familiarity with web design
• 2-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for demonstrated expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, quality scores, and other best practices to ensure the best ad placements.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills to convey campaign results, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders or team members
• Experience with Looker Studio is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
