• Plan digital deployment for the brand.
• Deploy digital projects on social platforms facebook, zalo, instagram, google, analytics ...
• Analyze and optimize campaigns during project implementation.
• Report and provide key learning for deployed campaigns at the end of the month and at the end of the campaign.
• Support guides tranees to have insight in the digital marketing industry.
• Handle and resolve issues when the Project encounters problems, and provide the most suitable solution for the team during operation.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Making digital media quotes.
• Monitor KPIs. Carefully tracking campaign, budget, social media influencers, consumer's trends.
• Report digital parameters and suggest developing campaigns.
• Collect, analyze customer information and the opponent's strategy.
• Working closely with other team members. Supporting information related to the digital media to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Good communication skills, independent thinking, ability to analyze and teamwork.
• Experience at least 2 years in Marketing & Advertising.
• Active, creative and proactive in updating new types of ads.
• Can work high pressure, have good time management ability, commitment on deadline.
• Responsibility, initiative in work. Willing to work in emergencies.
