Key Responsibilities:

• Shape branded footwear sourcing strategy (all tiers).
• Drive and implement the sourcing strategy through pragmatic and impactful initiatives.
• Drive pragmatic actions to transform footwear manufacturing and automation to a new level.
• Build and develop the footwear sourcing team through projects and responsibilities. Inspire a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Establish and nurture trust-based and meaningful relationships with all key business partners.
• Bring new innovation projects fast into inline.
• Drive digital creation and automation with our partners.
• Live and share our commitment to sustainability.

Requirements:

• An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push forexcellence.
• 15+ years of experience in sourcing or manufacturing (across in-house and/or OEM environments) of high performance products. Experience in footwear is highly valued.
• You have ‘deep’ experience implementing automation in production.
• You are a visionary leader, you have comprehensive experience in leading, coaching anddeveloping a high performance team.
• You are native to a complex reporting organization, you are highly collaborative.
• This position is based in Vietnam, with frequent travel to Zurich, Indonesia and China; ourworking language is English.
