KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CRM and Community Growth

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM plan to grow the community to 100,000

members by the end of 2024.

• Partner with an external email marketing agency to reach a sales goal of 1 million SGD in

2024.
2. Ecommerce Strategy & Performance

• Lead the development and implementation of the global and regional e Commerce strategy.
• Drive online sales growth through user experience optimization, conversion rate

optimization (CRO), and personalized marketing techniques.

• Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets to maximize ROI and profitability.
• Implement best practices for SEO, paid search, and affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with the e Commerce team to ensure website performance aligns with KPIs.

3. Global and Regional e Commerce Growth

• Expand the brand's e Commerce footprint locally and globally.
• Partner with regional teams to tailor e Commerce strategies for local markets.
• Manage relationships with third-party e Commerce platforms and marketplaces.

4. Brand Strategy and Execution

• Implement global marketing strategies, integrating digital and traditional platforms.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

5. Retail and Trade Marketing

• Build and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers to optimize brand presence.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with e Commerce, IT, logistics, and customer service to align marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing and e Commerce calendars for consistent communication.

7. Digital Transformation & Optimization

• Guide digital and e Commerce transformation, focusing on data-driven strategies.
• Leverage technology to enhance productivity and sales.

8. Ecommerce Analytics and Insights

• Track and report on e Commerce performance KPIs, such as conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and

CLV.

• Use data insights to drive segmentation and personalization.

9. Innovative Marketing Solutions

• Implement innovative marketing and e Commerce strategies to enhance engagement and

performance.
