To support our growth, we are seeking an E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE (TIKTOK) to join our team, and lead our Tik Tok channel initiatives, leveraging creative strategies and data-driven insights to enhance our brand presence and drive online sales.
E-Commerce Executive (Tik Tok):
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. TIKTOK SHOP MANAGEMENT

• Establish and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, including managing marketing budgets.
• Align strategic initiatives with Tik Tok Shop Key Account Managers (KAM) and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop targeted strategies based on business needs and market analysis.
• Design and implement promotional campaigns, managing product listings, campaign registrations, and customer service.
• Plan and optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Implement affiliate marketing plans and manage relationships with external content creators.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and Tik Tok Shop policies.
• Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

2. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience collaborating with top KOLs, KOCs, or influencers is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience handling paid advertising campaigns and online marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) practices.
• Strong proficiency in managing paperwork and documentation.
• Experience in social content management on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Willingness to undergo training for Livestream events and activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience managing Tik Tok operations or similar digital platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
• Understanding of e-commerce strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with Tik Tok algorithms, SEO, and SEM practices

BENEFITS:

• Salary from 15 - 25 million VND gross (negotiable based on experience). Full social insurance during probation.
• Monthly phone allowance: 150,000 VND. Laptop provided.
