Job description

1.Employer brand awareness promotion:

• Propose and implement Employer Branding strategies and programs to build the employer brand in various channels (Jollibee website, Facebook, Linked In, POSM…)
• Corporate with HR Regional to promote the JFC EVP through various Vietnam channels/digital platforms.
• Create a comprehensive program that enables employees as primary ambassadors who showcase their employee experience to help attract top talents.
• Be a leader in organizing the event internal & external Jollibee
• Build long-lasting relationships with university partners and other source suppliers

2.Data analyst and measurement:

• Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics
• Continuously review past projects for improvement, and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities.

3.Other tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum 4 years of experience with a strong background in Employer Branding/ Communication.
• Have experience in event organizing, creating and managing contents on social platforms (Facebook, Linked In and other platforms), project management.
• Deep understanding of talent sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong English and Vietnamese writing skills.
• Proficiency with Social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Ads, Tiktok, …..)
• Skills: Data driven, Organization, Logical thinking, Time management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Attitude: Fast-Adapt, Resilient, Can-do attitude, Teamwork.
