Job Description

• Support & Implement recruitment advertising/ post in a timely
• Develop content and articles to promote Nash Tech brand on various social media platforms for recruitment purpose.
• Support EVP campaign to strengthen Nash Tech EVP perception internally through related activities & POSM & PR
• Draft content & manage company communications
• Write core messages that can be levered for different internal audiences.
• Build other cohesive activities based on the company's core value
• Organize plan events & execution (Women Day, Children Day, Teacher Day, Company birthday, Company trip, Team building, YEP…)
• Foster relationships with Nashers in the various department within Nash Tech

Qualifications

• Final year student or graduated in PR & Marketing/Communications field
• Have understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires
• Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques
• Create video and multi-media to support the communications plan
• Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video editing is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, video-editing software, and Power Point and technologically savvy
• Prefer for additional skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Recording, Photography
• Good communication in Vietnamese & English (both speaking & writing skill)
• Creative, well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns under short deadlines
• Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
• Honest, careful, detail-oriented, creative, high self-management and self-motivation
