Job Description

• Record daily team building expenses and banking transactions
• Process payments for onsite expenses
• Review and clear staff claims for advances
• Reconcile, update, and provide monthly reminders for Staff Advance reports
• Billing BPS:
  • Process PM reports and issue invoices
  • Book billing in D365
  • Reconcile AR, update aging reports, and contact clients as needed
  • Record sales invoices, perform revaluation, and reconcile revenue/expenses
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices, overdue debts, and accrue revenue/expenses
  • Update and follow up on aging debtors (weekly and monthly)
• Update VAT input/output reports
• Assist with document retrieval for audits and tax reviews
• Support annual physical inventory count
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the finance manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing skills)
• Strong office computer skills, especially in Excel experience
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles
• At least one year of experience in accounting
• Experience working with clients and vendors is a plus
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management
• Quick to learn new software
• Team collaboration skills
