Job Description

• Responsible for collecting information from candidates who confirm to join us and make sure that information is transferred and shared to related people for further actions;
• Update and enrich recruitment database;
• Communicate promptly to give application’s result to candidates;
• Support line manager and team members to arrange meetings, facilitate equipment to make sure all will be organized in the good plan;
• Support line manager to deliver newcomers to their working station;
• Support for campus hiring events; attract appropriate candidates at entry level (senior students or graduates) to join Direct Entry Program;
• Support team in organizing events;
• Job posting to some career websites and forums;
• Involve in recruitment process for associate positions with supervision from line manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource/ business or relevant majors.
• Good English communication, MS Office.
• Good understanding of recruitment process is a plus
• Can-do attitude, proactive.
• Service Orientation.
• IT knowledge is a plus
