The Engineer - Production will demonstrate the initiatives and leading role in implementation of production process improvement to enhance the production quality and efficiency. In this role, the position will also ensure the compliance to quality standards and requirement.

1. Production process improvement

• Drive and Lead for quality improvement ( Root cause analysis/ action plan..) with DIR or A3 for molding component.

• Complete all documents of new project: FAT/SAT/MAC/Validation.. then handover to production

• Drive and Lead for MUV improvement for Molding

• Drive and Lead for OEE improvement for Molding.

• Drive and Lead for NVAA improvement for Molding.

2. Implement validation for production equipments/ processes

• Do equipment risk analysis for Molding machines

• Implementation the validation activities for some molding processes

• Completed requirement documens: MAC,..

3. Make production reports/ documents

• Suppervise technicans team to monitoring the production process documents: MAC/ Machine critical paramters setting, process card,..

• Make instruction/ training for leadtech/tech if we have face any new error/ quality issue need to take note when operation of Machines.

• Make monthly report for: MUV, OEE , Quality, Hard saving project, Cashout, Investment Project with action plan if the Kpi is failed.

• Complete the : DIR/A3

4. Co-operate to implement the new projects

• Participate into preparing URS for new project.

• Technical review with supplier

• Do FAT/SAT..

• Leading for Do E

5. Other tasks

• Work with other sites of B. Braun Group to share/ get sharing to fix the issue

• Support PM team to fix machine error.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Technical background: Mechanical, Automation,..

• At least 2 years working in production, experience on injection molding process.

• Knowledge in Lean 6sigma, Minitab, Automation process is prefered

• Good English (both speaking & writing)

• Direct to the points, clear in communication
