Responsibilities

• Perform teaching duties for employees and participate in the learning and development team.
• Be responsible for lesson planning, preparation, and assessment of employees, and attend certain other training/events as required by the company.
• Mark and provide appropriate feedback on employee skills
• Manage and track the performance of employees measuring this progress against key performance indicators in line with the curriculum
• Bring integrity and a strong work ethic to every situation, communicate clearly and think on their feet.
• Support recruitment team and company operations

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in teaching English for adults.
• Hold a Bachelor ‘s or higher from an accredited university
• Have a certificate of IELTS or TOEFL i BT or relevant
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Gmail, ...) will be a plus.
• Hold strong confidence, and excellent communication, presentation and critical thinking skills.
• Passionate about language learning and interested in long-term career opportunities.
