Job Description
1. Net revenue and project cost management:

• Lead entire process of job management and operations (job opening and closure, billing requirements, credit note issuance, tagging of vendor invoices, AR/ AP management, etc.).
• Lead Agency Finance’s month-end closing process for net revenue and project costing in SAP and Oracle HFM.
• Coordinate with Commercial Finance, Account/ Project Management, and Shared Service Resources teams to meet reporting deadlines and ensure quality of reporting.
• Review actual net revenue and project cost reporting and approve month-end accounting journal entry templates prepared by Transactional Finance team.
• Prepare Actual HFM reporting forms and analytical reports on net revenue and production spend.
• Review tax reconciliation provided by Shared Service Resources.

2. TWCAP/ Cashflow management:

• Review Balance Sheet notes prepared by Accountants focusing on TWCAP (e.g. AR turnover ratio, WIP aging, Accrued revenue aging, billing KPI performance of billing team) so as to push for KPIs achievement.
• Review Active Job reports and track the latest updates from a financial point of view through regular WIP meetings with Commercial Finance and Account/ Project Management teams, with effective data visualization and proactive communications approach.
• Support Commercial Finance Lead in setting up effective TWCAP monitoring & control policy.
• Support Shared Service Resources on collection if necessary (liaise with clients, Account teams…).
• Funding request and cash flow management.

3. Internal Control:

• Ensure compliance with Group’s policy, IFRS, and VAS in all relevant tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements (including Client audit).
• Providing process training (i.e. Job management system process, Billing process) to operational teams.
• Support ERPS deployment in Vietnam with regard to job management & net revenue management functions.
• Support Commercial Finance in key clients’ transactional process improvement and verifying of Purchase Orders.
• Support Commercial Finance Lead in continuous development and improvement of Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines.
• > 3 years experience in Auditing or Accounting.
• Professional English communications and presentation skills.
• Soft skills: multitasking, teamwork, effective communication.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Experience in SAP, Oracle, and Power Query is a plus.
