Job Description
The Human Resources Trainee provides administrative support to the HR department, assists with daily operations, learns about company processes and systems, and contributes to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Update master data and HR system.
• Prepare and file offer letters, contracts, and other related HR documents.
• Manage employee dossiers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in onboarding /offboarding procedures.
• Take part in employee engagement (monthly activities, events...).
• Support employees with inquiries related to compulsory insurance, personal income tax, IT systems, and other HR-related matters.
• Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business, HR Management or related fields
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, tech-savvy
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in work tasks
• Responsible, detail-oriented and careful
• Flexible, multitask, can-do attitude person
