MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Income Audit:

• Issue VAT invoices
• Check night Audit reports including Rate Variance Report, No-show/Cancellation report…
• Check and verify manual postings (limousine rental, laundry…)
• Check refund/void posting for reason and approval

2. General Ledger:

• Preparing Journals (accrual, allocation, reclass…)
• Reconcile bank, checking AR reconciliation
• Checking VAT report
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Able to interact and work with personnel from all levels.
• Able to organize and co-ordinate in a systematic manner
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
• Good writing skills (English).
• At least 02 years revelant experience in hospitality industry.
