• Record input expenses in the accounting system.

Hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh lên phần mềm kế toán.

• Manage and store documents according to regulations

Quản lý lưu trữ hệ thống chứng từ, sổ sách theo quy định

• Prepare and apply monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.

Tính toán và lập báo cáo thuế định kỳ tháng, quý, năm.

• Controlling AR/AP, reconciling AR/AP

Theo dõi công nợ phải thu phải trả với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp.

• Track and check the status of shipments arising during the month.

Theo dõi và kiểm tra tình trạng lô hàng phát sinh trong tháng.

• Manage and follow revenue

Quản lý và theo dõi doanh thu.

• Issue invoices.

Xuất hóa đơn bán hàng

• Collect and summarize data reports upon request.

Thống kê và tổng hợp số liệu báo cáo khi có yêu cầu.

• Another job according to the requirement of Manager/BOD

Làm các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên

• Have knowledge of international payments
• Graduated with amajor in Accounting
• Good at Microsoft Office
