Responsibilities

• Set up business plan for accelerating the brand’s/company’s growth.
• Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with the government, landlords, suppliers, and all related parties.
• Set operating goals and objectives. Including propose a potential site acquisition.
• Hire key positions in the country for some field of expertise.
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and restaurant.

Requirements

• Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverages industry.
• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have working experience in the restaurants below: KFC, Mc Donald’s, Jollibee, Lotteria, Pizza Hut.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions.
