Responsibility
In general: Find and contact clients, quote prices, close deals.
In details:

• Identify and prospect potential clients globally, focusing on key markets such as European and American, with the ability to expand clientele in other markets such as Australia, Canada, Japan, and Africa.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies and targets. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related major.
• Familiar with the European and American markets is a plus.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); TOEFL or IELTS certification preferred. An English proficiency test might be conducted during the interview.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills and a genuine ability to provide exceptional customer care across various fields, not limited to the job role.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure factory output meets the requirements of management.

Hiring Process
