The job role you should be enthusiastic about:

• Develop and produce high-quality visual content for marketing materials, particularly in the e-commercial area, refreshing outdated visuals to reflect modern aesthetics.
• Lead rebranding projects, collaborate with the marketing, product and management team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with the brand identities and marketing objectives on the basis of company value and target customer.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand awareness.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, competitor landscapes and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets (logos, typography, color palettes, packaging and digitals)
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices to maximize their reach and impact.
• Work closely with the US and EU Marketing Teams, reporting to the design manager in the US.

What you’d bring to:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in graphic design, best regarding to branding and rebranding
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek feedback to refine designs and improve performance.

• It will be a huge plus if you have past experiences on:
• UI/UX design
• Research, analysis abilities
