Head of Business Development – Vietnamese Speaker – Remote

Job Description
As the Head of Business Development, you will develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the regional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on business development activities and results.
  • Develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones.
  • Analyse partners data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team for the Vietnamese region.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate with other heads and departments to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets within Vietnam for business expansion.


Targeted Qualifications
  • Fluency in Vietnamese Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
  • Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in business development and IB’s, with a leadership role in the Forex, Fin Tech, Crypto industry or other related industries.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and cultural nuances.
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills.
  • Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets.
