We are looking for a professional who will thrive working closely with British, Vietnamese and international colleagues.
To implement and deliver the EYFS Curriculum, according to the age, aptitude and abilities of the pupils being taught. The Head of Early Years will work in partnership with the Primary Leadership Team to secure success and improvement, ensuring high quality education for all its pupils and improved standards of learning and achievement for all.
Able to:

• adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment
• work with the Primary Leadership team to accelerate progress for all pupils in EYFS
• support, develop and coach teaching and learning across EYFS, so that the school delivers consistently excellent teaching
• lead and coordinate assessment across EYFS, maximizing pupil and parental engagement
• play a leading role in ensuring that the quality of teaching and provision in EYFS is outstanding
• contribute to the school’s self-evaluation process as directed by the Head of Primary
• lead whole school policy change in EYFS by modelling and supporting colleagues with direct proven impact

BVIS, Hanoi is a state of the art, purpose-built school which opened in August 2013 in a desirable commercial and residential location, adjacent to the Royal City shopping mall and apartment complex in the Thanh Xuan district of Hanoi. BVIS Hanoi is the first of its kind in Hanoi to offer a dual-language, integrated curriculum modelled on the National Curriculum for England whilst committing to nurturing and celebrating Vietnamese language and culture. Students reach high literacy levels in both English and Vietnamese by the end of Primary school. The International Early Years and International Primary Curriculum models are used extensively.
