Job Requirements:

• This position requires the candidate to be based at the Vietnam factory (Hanoi).
• Higher Diploma or above.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant administrative management experience in garment manufacturing factories.
• Experience in managing government foreign affairs.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
• Mature, independent, proactive, responsible, and stable.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage government foreign affairs.
• Oversee daily operations of the administrative department.
• Coordinate other administrative and logistical tasks within the company.
