Brief
As the HR Executive for the Vietnam regional office at MKA, you will work closely with the Group HR from the head office in Malaysia in managing the day-to-day HR operations in the regional office. Reporting directly to the country manager and Group HR, you will be the focal point in connecting and coordinating with all the business units in the regional office.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and manage the day-to-day HR operations;
• Deliver HR initiatives in collaboration with GHR, business leaders / stakeholders and in alignment with the company aspiration and core values;
• Work closely with GHR on every HR matters, manpower planning and comply with Group Policy as well as Labour Laws;
• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities from onboarding to offboarding;
• Prepare monthly payroll and process payroll to ensure payroll and statutory payment is processed on a timely basis;
• Prepare and process monthly employee claims;
• Manage annual employee performance appraisal, performance issues and misconducts;
• Handle staff welfare matters; conduct exit interview, analyze the data and define action plans for retention;
• Act as intermediary between employers and employees in providing the best HR practices and solutions;
• Work closely with line managers; guiding them in understanding the policies and ensuring policies and procedures are conformed by all employees;
• Provide reports and information as and when required by GHR and Head of BU;
• Drive problem solving, continuous improvement projects and any other initiatives as assigned;
• Ensure the employee attendance and leave application records are maintained and updated from time to time;
• Manage office administrations and inventories;
• Handle expatriate working permit processes end-to-end;
• Other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR and Administrations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a HR Generalist is preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Meticulous and high-attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, good prioritization and management skills with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
• Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, and good analytical skills.

• Our office MKA VN PRODUCTION COMPANY LIMITED is located at: Lot 21, Tan Tao Street, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Mon to Fri; and on alternate Saturdays.
