Job description

Your missions

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Involve and supervise the preparation of the monthly Profits & Loss statement and Financial forecast;
  
• Responsible for preparing and performing monthly variance analysis between actual, forecast and budget;
  
• Assure the quality of P&L statement, reliability of financial forecast;
  
• Participate in the annual account closing (balance sheet, income statement, tax return);
  
• Responsible for SG&A expenses reallocation from Entity holding company to business entities;
  
• Identify problems, suggest improvements, solve structural problems
  
• Assist in managing and organizing scope specificities on controlling aspect
  
• Coach your team on tools & processes
  
• Development of financial tools for the team and for the group;

Our ideal candidate

• Graduated from a business school majoring in Finance/Controlling, Master is preferable;
• Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous and have a good capacity to work and communicate in teams;
• 3+ years of working experience; (Background in Audit, Financial analyst would be a plus)
• A good ability to use the computer tools (Excel, Power BI) is necessary, a first approach to an ERP would be an asset;
• Fluency in English, another foreign language such as French would-be a plus
