RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
• Providing a variety of valuation services to clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring deadlines are met whilst meeting the demands of multiple clients.
• Providing accurate and professional valuations in compliance with client requirements that highlight all potential risks.
• Adherence to defined in house Quality Assurance procedures.
• Maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
• Building and maintaining client relationships in the business line.
• Providing timely responses to client requests.
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with Head.
• Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS
Education

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics

Communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers

PC skills

• The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in related field

Language

• Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
