Project Property Manager (Headquarter), Savills Hanoi plays a key role in supporting the supervision and inspection of operations and processes for projects managed by Savills.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operations of projects managed by Savills Hanoi.
• Supervise, advise, and support Project Managers to ensure the quality of property management services.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage processes, regulations, budgets, and human resources for projects.
• Support, control, and manage regulations, budgets, and human resources for projects.
• Provide temporary or long-term replacement for project managers when required.
• Build and train teams as needed.
• Develop business and foster relationships between the management department and clients/investors.
• Organize and participate in condominium meetings as required.
• Attend meetings with investors, management boards, and project management teams when necessary.
• Plan and submit to the Director/Associate Director for approval and conduct monthly audits of assigned projects.
• Participate in surveys, research, and report consulting for advisory contracts.
• Control operational reports for assigned projects, provide feedback and suggestions for effective operation management.
• Closely monitor the use of Savills Property Cube software and project client interactions to ensure high-quality service and stable operations.
• Understand and coordinate with responsible projects on stability, staffing, and recruitment as needed.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions of the Property Management department and Savills.
• Be ready to travel for work when required

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a property management director role.
• Successfully organized condominium conferences.
• Knowledgeable in cost management, cost optimization, accounting, and auditing.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Compensation

• Attractive salary, travel allowance, and other benefits (insurance, 13th month salary, annual leave, phone allowance, etc.)

Time Allocation: 30% office / 70% project.
Work Location: Savills Hanoi – 21st Floor, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi.
