RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update/ improve Real Estate information database and analyze date to provide with the insights that reflecting the current Real Estate market
• Leading data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements
• Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods
• Writing/ developing reports and documents containing actionable recommendations
• Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary
• Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market.
• Understand expectations of clients and design surveys to meet projects requirement
• Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
• Understand/Update land law and other relevant legal issues Vietnam.
• Lead/ guide Intern/Junior if required

REQUIREMENTS
Education

• Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.
• Attention to details and results-driven

Communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.

PC skills

• The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same position.

Language

• Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
