IT Helpdesk Intern (HCMC)
FULL TIME

- Maintain the IT incidents and request queue in IT service management (ITSM) system (Service Now)
- Perform desktop support (both hardware and authorized software) tasks as required
- Set up personal computers/ laptops (both hardware and authorized software) as required
- Support IT Dept to contact with service providers to maintenance IT equipments
- Escalate complex problems to IT Manager if any
2/ Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Final-year student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable. Candidates can work 5 days per week during 6 months is preferable
- Background with Information Technology is preferable
- Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
- Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
