• Doing the merchandising process of garment sample and control each process to be completed on time.
• Ordering fabric, sample and trims with overseas supplier and also in Vietnam and do payment process.
• To ensure all fabric and trims ordered on time and got in house in factory on time.
• Dealing/communicating with overseas buyer on regular basis, and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer.
• Follow up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection).
• To read and understand TP’s and explain to CAD team.
• Sending emails to customer and factory team.
• Follow up development, fit, PP sample and all related samples and sent to customer on time.
• Update all sample details in PLM and in excel sheet and share status with factory and customer.
• Weekly update fabric and trims status summary to factory team.
• Communicate with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices and Customers.
