Client Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their brand, product, and quality expectations.

Order Management:

• Manage the end-to-end process of order execution, from order placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor production schedules and address any issues that may impact delivery timelines.

Costing and Pricing:

• Conduct cost analysis for materials and production processes to determine accurate pricing.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives and market standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections at various stages of production to ensure quality compliance.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvements based on market intelligence.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Garment Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in Merchandising, preferably in the Fashion or Garment Manufacturing industry.
• Professional English is a must.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Technical knowledge of garment manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
