ABOUT THE PROGRAMS
Schneider Internship Program offers a 6-month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric.

Job Description:

• Ensure Productivity on DLP Saving by Design Time Reduction Projects, KD Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Assessment and Process Design Improvement.
• Ensure the qualification of new projects and new processes to have a smooth running.
• Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure the activity and all products comply to Safety, Quality, Health, and Environmental requirements.
• Optimize the overall process and ensure that all metrics are measured for improvement.
• Maintain a disciplined process to ensure processes, procedures, equipment, visual, jig/fixtures, etc. are available to support production activities per the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial Automation, Industrial System Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics)
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Strong Knowledge of backend development: Visual Studio C# and Object-Oriented programming, Window Form Application
• Strong Knowledge of database: SQL Server/My SQL
• Strong Knowledge of Auto Cad
• Strong Knowledge of PLC Programming
• Have Knowledge of Schneider PLC is advantage
