Are you a seasoned sales professional with a robust engineering or technical background? We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Engineer to join our partner team.

About partner

A European-Vietnamese company specializing in polished concrete, they have a large customer base among leading contractors and factory owners in Vietnam and export to ASEAN countries and Europe, including LEGO, Carlsberg, Mandarin Oriental, Heineken, Ecco Shoes, DSV, and more. The company is a leader in protecting, polishing, cleaning, and renovating concrete floors, utilizing the newest concrete technology and eco-friendly solutions that exemplify circular construction. They are professional in handling large-scale commercial buildings, manufacturing warehouses, and repair projects, providing high-quality, robust concrete floors.


About the Role

We are looking for a full-time International Sales Engineer with a strong foundation in engineering or technology and a passion for driving sales and managing projects from inception to completion.

Requirements
Location : Ho Chi Minh City

Technical skills:

  • Solid foundation in engineering or technology, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction industry. Experience with concrete is highly desirable.
  • Capable of overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support the sales effort by conducting a site demo and using all marketing material.
  • Give technical advice to customers to demonstrate and present our Products.
  • Collect debt from customers, assist the accounting department with receivables, and watch all expenses related to entertainment with customers.
  • Develop sales forecasts and support the sales effort by carrying out trial mixes, site demos, and using all marketing materials.
  • Provide technical advice to customers, demonstrate and present our products, and report on competition activities.
  • Keep confidential all company business information and documentation.

Soft skills:

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile international clients, such as Heineken and LEGO.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues and other departments to achieve group objectives.
  • Leadership spirit, enthusiasm, and eager to evolve in a multi-cultural company.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-confidence.
  • Ability to provide required reports, planning, and sales forecasts.

Preferred Experience

  • 6+ years of industry experience.

  • A strong background in construction, with significant experience in concrete.

  • Experience working with international clients and understanding their unique needs and expectations.
